At Ehtisham Raj Furniture, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with the return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased in the last 14 days.

  • The furniture is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

  • The item is in its original packaging.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Since furniture is heavy and fragile, please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify the delivery team or contact us within 24 hours.

  • Provide photos of the damage to our contact numbers listed below.

  • We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that Custom-made or Bespoke furniture (items made specifically to your dimensions or fabric choices) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

  • Shipping costs for non-damaged returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
